Im 36.3 weeks and having constant cramps sience yesterday but not very painful this is my first baby and i dont know if i should be worry! Any opinions?

Are you timing these cramps? I would do you can tell whether or not try are contractions. Are they painful? They could be Braxton hicks. Download ibirth that's what I use to time mine
