9 weeks nausea disappeared

I've been battling all day nausea since 5.5 weeks everyday all day. About 4 days ago my nausea just disappeared. This makes me worried - has it happened to anyone else? I thought it didn't ease up until 12-13 weeks. I worry Bc it says loss of pregnancy symptoms can mean something bad
