How does stress affect getting pregnant?

Idk how it effects getting pregnant but i know first hand stress can cause you to lose a pregnancy. All 3 of us (2 sisters and myself) had miscarriages due to stress. I even had a threatened miscarriage with my first and only born child due to me working two jobs and being under alot of stress. Its best to work a min stress job and practice relaxing techniques to prevent to much stess. Im not a dr and idk every way stress can affect ur baby but... Ive done alot of reading and ive had my own experiences. So if your stressed in your life and your ttc... Somethings need some changing in your life to minimize stress
