FREAKING OUT!!

I've been on my period since the 30th of January with the regular pms symptoms but what I call blood jellies are WAY bigger then a quarter and always show up when I change my pad... and lately when ever I'm sitting or laying down for to long then stand up its like a blood fall and I'm standing in a PUDDLE of blood I'd be soaked! I'm no longer staying at my moms (I moved out of state) I'm not covered im FREAKING out I don't know what to do!! I don't know what it is... and everything I read on line or huge big words that make me even more scared.
