So I don't know how long it takes but going from the Nuva ring to the IUD has seemed to bring my sex drive back some. On the Nuva ring my sex drive was muted so so much. I've been on an IUD for a little over a week and I had taken my Nuva ring out a week before getting it but I can already tell I'm much more interested in sex than I have been in months. I was off birth control for a month in December for insurance reasons (work mess up and the Nuva ring is expensive without it!) and had my old extreme sex drive back at that point. Has anyone else had their sex drive return with getting rid of the Nuva ring or is this just a fluke? I'm hoping it's not because I loved my crazy "want it all the time" sex drive and really want that back but also want that extra protection.
