He takes some time and comes back and says he is so sorry he did Whatever....and he tries very hard to not do Whatever again. He is real y sweet.  Mostly,  it is him being snippy or grumpy after waking up in the evening to go to his graveyard shift. Sometimes he is a turd,  but he gets over it and I just try to ignore it. He texts me after his drive to work that he is sorry, or brings me a treat in the morning.
