Friend or not?

One of my friends had stated that she wanted to be the first to get pregnant (don’t know why) but didn’t want to try for a few years as she was going on holiday and didn’t have the money to get her own place. I kept it quiet trying to conceive as she’s the type to say “oh you’re rushing everything” so when I fell pregnant I didn’t say as I didn’t want anyone to know until 3months but unfortunately didn’t get that far and as soon as she found out her first question was “weren’t you on conception” now she’s cancelled her holiday and desperately looking a house and stating it’s to start a family. I’m ttc again and just feel like now she’s trying to compete and feel like shit. If before she was trying or taking about it then it wouldn’t bother me at all as I’d be more than happy for her but it just feels like she’s doing it to have hers first.
