Stomach Flu-like Symptoms & Low Grade Fever

Has anyone had flu-like symptoms right after ovulating? Yesterday, I had woke up with a temp of 99.5, no other symptoms, just the temp. Around 10 I started having loose stools and my stomach was turning. This lasted until around 1:30 PM and noticed it was completely gone. Low grade temp and all. There’s no way implantation could have occurred since I was only 2 days out from ovulation, so I didn’t think pregnancy symptoms could occur already.

Is it possible that this could be related to possible pregnancy? Or is it just a complete coincidence that this happened? It’s just so weird since it’s completely gone and only lasted a few hours but maybe this is one of the MANY illnesses out there right now. I just know there’s a lot of Influenza A going around right now and so I’m just trying to see if I need to look out for more symptoms of that.

I’m super interested in learning more about how our bodies adapt with pregnancy and since I’m TTC for my first, I’m learning more and more, so any bit of info is helpful. Thanks!
