PCOS: TTC

My boyfriend and I are trying to conceive our first baby. We've been trying for almost 6 months. I have PCOS which I think is the reason why I haven't gotten pregnant. I'm young and healthy. I just don't know what to do anymore. Anyone out there with PCOS that can give me tips? I have a doctors appointment this week but I was kinda hoping for tips from someone who has PCOS personally.
