So in all I have been off birth control since August 2014, I had surgery to remove my Mirena because it had perforated my uterine wall. Since then my period symptoms have been crazy. Anxiety through the roof, acne (which I've never had), horrible cramping, weight gain, and lately my period have become unpredictable and at times practically non existent. But my current problem at this moment is that I'm 3 days late, no chance of pregnancy, I have stabbing pains every so often just at random times, but also I just sneezed and it felt like someone stabbed my right ovary or like they ripped it from my body! Not even exaggerating# what is going on?!?!
