Hpv and pregnancy. TMI

I'm currently almost 20 weeks pregnant with my first child. I was told I had HPV before I got with my current partner. He's fine with it. I had a break out about a year ago and then it went away. Since becoming pregnant I've had another break out. To be honest it isn't that bad this time but I have one extremely large and painful wart on the outside of my Vagina and I'm so embarrassed to tell my midwife. Has anyone else been through this? I just want to make sure I won't pass it on to my baby and that when I tell my midwife she won't judge me. Thank you.
