Cup too big?

Okay so I’m on day three of using my cup for the first time and it’s been a good experience so far. But I’m curious if maybe my cup is too big. I don’t usually feel it when I’m active during the day, but every time I sit down to pee it sticks out. And it takes me a solid minute laying down on my back to get it in. I’ve used tampons my whole life and I’ve been married for three years. I’m not nervous about things being up there. But curious if it’s just too big? I got the cups off Facebook where I only had to pay shipping and it came with two. I’m using the small one but it still pokes out. Other than that I have no problems. No leaks no pain. It does take me some time to get it out but I feel like that just might be inexperience. Can anyone give me some advice?
