Whose knows this product? Can I take it? I'm 5wks. The nausea is killing. And to hot cocoa is increasing my waist line

It's not recommended during the first trimester as it can cause bleeding. I would probably stay shy from it during the second too, but that's for personal reasons. It's okay during the third trimester.

If you are nauseous try peppermint or ginger tea. You can also use fresh ginger in hot water with some lemon and honey. Peggie Pops or ginger mints or gun may help too.

Try to eat protein in morning. An egg, sausage, or yogurt could help.Make sure you eat something before you sleep. Unusually I eat nuts or some kind of protein before bed. If nausea gets to be too out of control call your doctor. They might be able to prescribe something to help.

Good luck!  My nausea was brutal in the first trimester. By the time I was 13/14 weeks it got tons better. Now, so long as I keep my eating and sleeping regular, I have no problems with it.  I'm 22 weeks today!

My doctor told me to eat lots of small meals and to keep my stomach at least half full in order to keep the nausea away. It was different trying to figure out what to eat when so I didn't overeat but once I got the hang of what it should feel like, it was easy. Doing that has helped a ton! I now eat about every 2-3 hours (half a sandwich or a bunch of fresh veggies, etc). Try it, it may work for you too.

I have read from several sources that raspberry leaf can cause contractions. That tea is recomended for the 3rd trimester. 😃 but peppermint tea is very soothing for nausea.

That tea is for 3rd trimester. The tea you need is Ginger Root Tea or Peppermint Tea. Or buy some candied ginger or get the tummy drops off Amazon. I couldn't stand the stronger ginger flavor but the tea worked for me. The ginger does help with nausea. Also eat bland foods... Avoid spicy or anything that would cause heartburn. You'll be over the nausea soon, unfortunately it is a phase of pregnancy! Best of luck!!

I drink lemon ginger (bigelo w/probiotics!) & peppermint tea for nausea.  I'm saving the pregnancy tea for further on in my pregnancy because of the risks.  I'm sure it's fine but i prefer not to chance it.
