Period Symptoms while pregnant?

Ladies, is it possible to have period symptoms while pregnant? I’m 9 weeks but if I weren’t pregnant my period would be due. Woke up this morning with minor back ache and very mild aches. Also, had very light red/pink spotting...but nothing now just when I first woke up this morning. Same way I felt when my period was coming on before I got pregnant...

I had this with my first baby. I had “period pain” for weeks. It would come and go. Even had some spotting and normal pms. Only thing that was different to a normal cycle, no full on period and the pain didn’t hang a around, just bursts of 10-20 mins. Had a big beautiful girl at 41w6d

Yep. Same thing happened to me. I didn’t have spotting or any bleeding.. hopefully you don’t either.
