I follow the instructions, and use FMU until I get my flashing smiley face, then test 2x/day so I don't miss the LH surge.

The LH hormone will be more accurate in the afternoon. Opk is different than a pregnancy test. If urine is too concentrated you could get a false positive. Test after 10am and before 6 pm.
