Bleeding at 10weeks.. Im confused and worried.

So on the 15th i started spotting bright red blood with minor pressure like.. A finger but NO PAIN. My OB said to go to the ER. So I did, they said the baby looked healthy at 9w 6d. The doctor put me on strict rest, not bed rest. Ive notice that.. I dont fill a whole pad and I'm still only feeling slight pressure no pain at all. I called the after hours number I had and they said I should take the next 2 days for bed rest, so I am. But now I'm noticing Clots..

My OB won't open till Mon and so should I bother calling them or should I go ahead and go back to the ER or should I wait it out? I'm scared.
