No idea what to expect!

This was our first time really tracking everything and TTC. About 7 DPO I started getting some symptoms I’ve never had. My boobs have gotten swollen, tender, and veiny, I’ve gotten random spouts if nausea and loss of appetite, extreme fatigue, and now I’m about 12 DPO and I’ve had a few strange cramps here and there that have felt different than normal period cramps. It’s about 3 days before AF and this morning I got a little bit of super light spotting of brownish blood, and then nothing after this afternoon! I know some of this stuff might be common symptoms of pregnancy, but when you look on the internet it always says something different! Could it be?! Maybe implantation bleeding? I’d love to hear if anyone has had similar symptoms in the very beginning stage of pregnancy! I don’t want to get my hopes up for nothing, but things feel different!
