Don’t know what to do

So about 2 1/2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and it was amazing. However my period was supposed to start a week after that. But now I’m 17 days late and have only been spotting. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. So now I don’t know what to do and to put the cherry on top I don’t even talk to the guy I slept with anymore
