Late & cervix position

I am 5 days late! I have taken a few HPT which have all been negative. My boobs are sore, I've had headaches, I keep getting period like cramps and I feel sick on and off. I noticed today that my cervix was really high, hard & closed! What does this mean!?

Can anyone shed some light?
