Last month I spotted before my actual period, 10 days earlier. Should I be getting AF as a regular period this month?

I spotted 10 days before my actual period in May... Spotting lasted 5 days. Than when my actual period was suppose to start it didn't, I didn't see any AF? Also, I've had creamy white discharge in the amount of medium to large amounts. My boobs have also been sore and tender to the touch. Could I be pregnant?
