I'm kind of new to the pill and I just missed my sugar pill by about 11 hours. can I throw out the pill? does it even matter that I missed it? because I know it doesnt have any effect

You dont need to actually take the sugar pills. They’re just there so you don’t forget when to start the next pack and so you stay in the routine of taking it

take the pill you missed now and then take the other one later on never throw away a pill.
