How to take Maca Root?

So eventhough I am currently on Clomid, after this whirlwind week I have decided to also take a more natural and holistic approach to my fertility. I'm adjusting my diet to eat more healthy and get more fertility-friendly foods in the process. I'm just basically trying to make myself the healthiest I can be.

In my research, Maca root comes up a lot to assist fertility. Is there a specific way or time to take it? Also, will it affect the Clomid or vice versa? That's my biggest concern, that the Maca will interact with the Clomid and I will get less than stellar results from either one. Thanks guys!
