Does slimfast work?

Has anyone tried the slimfast diet? I need to lose weight before summer i’ve been gaining a lot

you do not want to go on an all shake diet. I had jaw surgery a few years ago and had to eat only shakes and smoothies for 6 weeks and it was the worst. 
replace one meal a day with a shake, eat healthier, And start working out and you'll see results.

Keto and ketosis works. Slim fast works because  of calorie deficit.

My friend lost weight on it. It’s not only shakes. There’s also snacks and meals to choose from. I’ve never used it personally though.
