Hi everyone. This will be our 4th month TTC and I’ve been debating about taking vitex again which is what we used with our first pregnancy (resulted in a pregnancy loss due to pmp). I have pretty normal cycles - 28 days, but they’ve been a little weird since the loss 6 mos. ago.

The only reason I’m debating this is because with our first pregnancy I took vitex throughout month 2 of ttc, then stopped in the 3rd month and we got pregnant. I’m aware that we are very blessed to have gotten pregnant so quickly and I sound very impatient (because I am!) but now that we’re ttc again I’m nervous that the vitex may have been what helped us get pregnant so quickly.

So my question is whether if any of you know if taking vitex for one month could have actually done anything to help us get pregnant a month later? I’ve also heard it can mess cycles up soo I’m in a dilemma as to whether this could be hurtful or helpful 😕😖 thanks for any help or advice!
