Can anyone Ramzi me?

This was a transabdominal ultrasound done at about 6 weeks. I've heard about the Ramzi method but I'm not sure how to do it. I'm currently 13 weeks and going for my anatomy scan next month but thought it would be fun to guess. Does anybody know by the Ramzi method what this looks like?
