I got a menstrual cup a couple of months ago, but I keep having problems. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I keep having leaking and when I take it out it's not even a quarter full. I follow the instructions to put it on and I can feel when it pops up inside, anything that I might be doing wrong?

I hate using pads and this months I had to use a pad with the menstrual cup cause the leaking was too much. I don't really like tampons cause I don't have time breaks to change them often and hoped menstrual cups would be the solution. ☹️
