This is very true my dr told me that any spotting and or bleeding in the first trimester or in pregnancy in general is considered a threatened Mc until it is confirmed to be something else. With my first Mc I had only brown spotting and it was barely a spot every 8 hrs and I didn’t bleed until 4 weeks later. With my second Mc I never bled at all and had full blown pregnancy symptoms and I had gone to and early app seen my babies heart and heard it a week later I had another check up and the baby had died. My dr allowed me to wait to see if I’d Mc on my own and 4 weeks later still nothing so I had to have a d&c.; All pregnancies are different and just bc one or a few ppl didn’t have that experience doesn’t mean it will be the same for you. Really though get a real medical opinion to confirm where the bleeding is coming from. That’s what Dr are there for.

Wow I can’t believe some of these doctors ! Lol please don’t believe everything you read .. I had a miscarriage at 10/11 weeks pregnant and it started with brown spotting and then progressed to red and clots then after hours of bleeding I started getting bad cramps. Baby had a heart beat until I miscarried. I spotted with my son it was bright pink and it was normal ! I also spotted brown around 14 weeks still normal .. and I’m now pregnant again .. you doctor should do something to ease your mind if you think your miscarriage well at least a good doctor will ! My doctor did everything to make me believe I wasn’t miscarriage when I wasn’t but my first pregnancy I had a different doctor and all they did was the heartbeat no blood work or anything ! And sent me home .. my doctor now that I had with my son and now this one had me come in and do blood .. the next day they had me come in for a ultrasound ( wanted to make sure my levels were high enough to see something) and put me at ease with the ultrasound and even had me come back 2 weeks later to make sure ! A good doctor will help anyway they can a bad one won’t do anything.. and sadly you believe them because you should trust them !

Spotting is fine in the earlier weeks due to implantation... but heavy bleeding, no... & after implantation you shouldn't see anymore blood after that...

Spotting yes. If it heavy bleeding that red and can fill a pad no that's not normal and should go to the er or your doctors asap.
