BBT and sleep
Hey ladies do any of you have advice about taking BBT for me. I used to take it years ago , different time of my life, different sleep arrangements.
I'm ttc now and have tried taking my BBT again but I do not get as solid a sleep as I used to. My partner is quite wriggling and I wake up a few times a night.
How does this affect things? Should I just give up with bbt?
For example I woke up at 4:30 this morning but my alarm isn't till 6, so I go back to sleep till then.
