UTI? HELP!

So my CM the past couple weeks has been a yellowish (very light yellow/green) and for the past two days I have felt like I have needed to pee constantly, even when I don’t... is this a possible UTI? I don’t burn, nor do I itch, but I have never had one (UTI) so I’m lost!
