HELP!! I really want to lose weight and get the “perfect” body, Yano? Does anyone have any tips/diets/exercises to lose weight quick.
This is some ideas of what my goals are... not really that realistic but I can dream!
I need to work on slimming my thighs and maybe a bit of muscle..., building my ass(don’t necessarily have one), slimming my arms and maybe a bit of muscle and toning my stomach. Any ideas? Or tips!
