Heavy cramping :(

Any one have full blown period cramping? I've had minor cramps off and on for a couple weeks, but today I legitimately feel as though my period is about to come. I'm 5wks 4 days and getting super nervous as I had a miscarriage 5 years ago, and finally just got pregnant again.....my first appt is on Tuesday.
