When is the best for conception

I am looking to get pregnant. I am currently on my period this app says like 4-5 days after is the best for ovulation. Just was wondering if anybody has inside on this :)

That seems early too me but if you want to know for sure I would suggest using opks. Glow is just a prediction and won't tell you exactly when you ovulate. Ovulation typically occurs 12 days before your next period starts.

I just ovulated 2 days after my period and on my period the 2nd day of my period to be exact
