I got in a huge fight with my dad and had such a stressful day. Will my baby be affected by this I'm 22 weeks.

No. I had gotten in a huge argument with my so and almost split up. Most stressful emotional 2 days of my life yelling and constant crying between the 2 of us. Had a dr appointment. That Monday and had her do a quick ultrasound. Baby girl just jumping and very active with a high heartbeat.

No. Long term high stress isn't good. But one bad day won't hurt anything.
