I'm so confused on CM

So my CM always looks white. And I thought if it's clear like egg white means fertile. but I also thought if it stretched that means ovulation ? I have never planned a pregnancy so all this is new to me. My previous kids was never planned so I have no clue what I'm doing here. does this picture mean ovulation or what? help! Lol
