Should I worry?!

Hi I was wondering if anyone on here from the uk? am expecting baby #2 but my first scan isn’t till the 28th March which would make me 16 weeks, I just feel a bit worry about not having a 12 weeks scan to make sure everything is ok! I was just wondering if there was anywhere I could maybe pay to get a scan earlier than that? Preferably in Scotland!

Hey! I’m from London. That is way too late, that’s crazy! I wouldn’t stand for that. 
The only thing I can think of is calling your health care provider and making a point about this and to share your concerns. Im sure you’re a tax paying citizen therefore you should get what is entitled to you at the right time!
There’s always the option of going for a private paid for scan but that’s beside the point. NHS should step up! Sorry to hear babe. 
I’m also pregnant with baby #2, due in July  congrats to you x

Have you joined your birth month group? Try there or general pregnancy since there are more active ladies and you might get a faster response!

hey! I'm in Glasgow and I got my time mixed up for my booking appointment so in turn they cancelled my scan. I called to reschedule and they had to squeeze me in cause they said you need to be 14 weeks or less to have your 1st scan, so I would call them back. 
if your in Glasgow there is a place on Ingram street that is great. I went for several scans with my first , cause I worried about everything lol I think it's £35 per scan which is really decent!!
