Pain lower pelvic area ?

I get like this pain when I get up from sitting, when I move a certain way. It makes me nervous sometimes but it goes away really fast. What is it?

This is driving me nuts. Feels like someone is slowly wiping the inside of my uterus. Used to be only when standing up and only like 30 seconds. Now it happens all the time and lasts longer.
