Nothing for v day

I keep seeing all the posts on here and Instagram of Valentine's day and everyone getting stuff. Well my boyfriend didn't get me anything and when he got hone from work he played video games with his friends instead of spend time with me. we have been dating for almost 4 years. should I worry about it or say something? I did get him a few small gifts too
