So I’m trying to figure out why my dang stomach looks like I’m 5 months and I’m only 11 weeks???😂😂😂 anyone else with a full bump so soon?

Bloating can make you look much bigger, once you get into the second trimester and it's more bump than bloat, you might actually get smaller. 
If it's not your first pregnancy your body is already accustomed to the changes and you start showing faster because your muscles aren't as tight
