Help!! Where's my sleep????

It's 3.20am and I've been awake for more than an hour. Wide awake! 😭 I always knew that pregnant ladies had difficulty in sleeping but not this early! Comes day time I'll be exhausted but unable to sleep due to severe morning (as if!) sickness. Anyone else with the same problem??

I have this same issue, my mind just won't shut up! My doctor recommended taking a 1/2 unisom tablet. It totally worked!

I had trouble sleeping or would wake up around 3 for maybe a month after I got my positive. Now I’m consistently sleeping from like 9:30 pm right through until at least 5, usually 6 (when my alarm goes). I’m just past 11 weeks now and having to wake up to pee has also stopped for the time being.
