Miscarriage/ when to try again?

I miscarried at 7 weeks, naturally with no D&C. It was devastating as it took us almost 5 months to conceive. The bleeding is stopping today. It started on the 3rd of this month. I was wondering if anyone has been through this and has any opinions about when to try again? Or any success stories? Going for a check up with my OB this week. Thank you ladies in advance!
