He told me he didn’t love me anymore

It’s been almost a week since my ex told me he didn’t love me anymore, I’m struggling so bad not to send him a text 😔 we were together for two years and just the week before he was sending me texts about marriage and how in love he was and now this..I don’t know what to do 😔
