New to BC! Tips?

I am new to birth control! I took my first pill yesterday. Any tips or advice you’d give for someone just starting out?

Just expect changes with your body and mood. When I started I got super emotional for a few days then my appetite increased drastically. But now everything is normal! Lol 
Just power through girl everyone reacts differently!

my advice is read the pamphlet that comes with it!! that wasnt supposed to sound rude at all im being serious

Just know it's going to be rough for a week or two until your body adjusts to the added hormones. You may feel sick or get a headache, etc. But don't give up on it! Give it a few weeks and you'll feel better :) also if you are taking the pill set an alarm  in your phone so you don't forget
