Implantation Bleeding/Pink CM

So I believe I had IB on Friday night, will attach picture. Anyways, I’m not too sure when I should get a positive test after? I’ve looked it up and asked my doc and was told about 6-7 days after IB and wanted to ask you ladies. How long should I have to wait to get a positive if I am pregnant? I’ve been throwing up and nauseous for a week and a half, have swollen feet, killer backaches, & tender breasts. I’m also not too sure about some bleeding that I had as well. I thought I had my period but it lasted not even a full day and I only had to use about 2 tampons if even that. I took a test mid day today and got a negative and wasn’t

sure if I should wait a little while longer.
