I had hormone labs drawn and HSG 1 month ago - all normal. I ovulate regularly and use OPKs each month. Just got my husband checked out and he has a low sperm count at 14 mill/ml. Normal 15-200. I just bought him Fertilaid to start. Prior to this he's been in a preconception men's multivitamin for one month (a lot of the same stuff in fertilaid). He's going to try and switch to boxers and try not carrying his phone in his front pocket. We've been TTC for 14 months now. I'm 31 and he's 32. Anyone had any luck with low sperm count and fertilaid? I'm also taking maca and liver cod oil. I take mucinex during ovulation and have been using preseed. Any other things I can try and we will!
