Weight Loss

My mom and I are taking a weekend trip in October to my cousins wedding in NC. If I'm not pregnant during the trip, I'd like to lose 25-30lbs. Dresses and I aren't the best of friends, and at my current weight, I don't feel comfortable in them. I'm not overweight, but there's too much fluff for my liking. I lift weights for work, and have an active/strenuous job, so I'm planning to implement 40-60 minutes of cardio 5 x's a week. Hopefully that will help me shred weight quick. I'm also curious if losing a few pounds will do anything fertility wise, even though my doctor doesn't consider my weight to be a factor.
