Nap makes me feel worse :(

For the past week or two I've been waking up at 8, napping around 12 or 1. I wake up usually at 2 or 3, and no matter what, I wake up feeling like ish! I feel nauseated and dehydrated, with this horrible taste in my mouth. Just feel so beat after a nap and yet completely wiped before one, so I know I need it. 
I'm struggling with what to do! I'm so tired of along up feeling even more sick.
And as a disclaimer, yes I eat breakfast. This morning I ate blueberries and oatmeal and felt fine (no nausea)
Does this happen to anyone else?
