Hi All

My daughter is 3 weeks old. For the past 3 days she has been waking up between 05:15-05:30 everyday with a sore tummy.

She doesn’t Cry but just wriggles and moans and groans for at least an hour.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this ?

I am eating plain food in case but I am going to try cut out bread 🤷🏼‍♀️

Any suggestions in how to help with the pain or to get her to poo quicker cause once she has done that she is instantly better
