Butt Rash NO TMI advise?

I think i have a rash in my butt from wearing to many thongs and having moisture.
😩 anyone else experience this? any suggestions on remedies?

Stop wearing thongs immediately. Switch to cotton granny panties for about a week. Put Vaseline to soothe the rash. Keep the area clean and dry as often as possible.

I'm gonna bore you with how icky thongs are lol but use aquaphor,  it'll clear right up.
