I'm on nexplanon and have been for about 2 and a half years. I've had regular periods the entire time and suddenly they've stopped. I've not come off of it. I've not started a new one. I have been having "unprotected" sex because I assumed the nexplanon would work. But now they've stopped I'm unsure. I've taken two tests at home and the gyno did another pee test. the first day of my last period was October 7th the day that I took the test was January 27th and my gyno did theirs February 12th. And the only one that came out with two lines was extremely faint and I'm pretty sure it was an EVAP but I have had nausea headaches fatigue sore breasts frequent urination increase in sense of smell and food aversion. Can anybody give me any idea of what's going on? attached is a picture of the I believe evap test
