I tracked all my food and exercise before I got pregnant to lose weight and make sure I got my correct amount of carbs, proteins and fat.

Is there an app that will allow me to track this to be sure I’m on track with each trimester? I want to eat healthy without over eating so having a guide would be really helpful.

It would be great if apps had a pregnancy setting so they could adjust based on your trimester. And then revert back to help you lose the baby weight.

Apps I use are Fitbit, 8fit, lose it, Fitbit Coach and SWORKIT. It’s frustrating that these don’t have pregnancy settings.
